THANKSGIVING AND BENCHMARK UPDATES

Hello and Happy Thanksgiving from Adley and Dayna at Benchmark. We hope you have a wonderful and safe holiday, whatever your plans. I wanted to express my gratitude to each of you as our clients and community. Adley and I get to expand our knowledge, develop our eye for design, connect with each of you and continue giving to children's education in Nepal because of your continued support. This last August, marked Benchmark's 5th Anniversary and I am very proud of what we are accomplishing and where the brand is headed.

Today I launched updated content and pages to www.benchmarkbarbershop.com. Some of the purpose behind the updates was to streamline the channels we use into one place. The appointment software is now embedded in our site, so you will no longer be rerouted to SquareUp. Also, Benchmark Beacon, our blog/newsletter has also been integrated into the main site. Our older blog posts will be available there soon, but for now I have shared my experience of 29029 Everesting. I hope you enjoy it! One more page I hope you will visit is in the bottom navigation, ABOUT. Over the last year I have been writing Benchmark's Vivid Vision. This is a more in-depth mission statement of our brand story, values and purpose as a company. More additions are to come, sharing our projects, goals and direction for the next 1-3 years.

Lastly, as I have been working toward new projects and growth for Benchmark, I have chosen to take on work outside the shop that will help the future growth of Benchmark. What this means is that I will be out of the shop 2-3 weeks per month for the next year. This will increase my ability to fund specific projects, add team members, new product development and more. Adley will help fill appointments for me in the event I am not available for one of your haircuts. Soon we hope to have a 3rd barber available as well. I know this might cause some inconvenience, and for that I apologize, but there is a big picture in mind. We will do our best to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.

Thank you for your support and patience as we navigate this adjustment. I am excited for what it will mean for our community, our offerings, and continued push to evolve as a brand and as your barbers.
